QUOTE PACKAGE—STARTING AT $5,000*

This is the ultimate “Blue Print” for your remodel. Design, Consulting, & Bid Preparation includes time for:

  • Preparation of a detailed “Scope of Project”

  • Shopping for materials

  • Possible drawings needed

  • Meeting with trades, review, calculate quantity of materials, and determine construction costs

  • Preparation of detailed spreadsheet to review cost of project and edit as necessary.

  • Determine project timeline

NOTES:

This rate does not include charges for any lead or asbestos testing

This rate does not include any charges for Permit Drawings or Structural Engineer if needed.

*For job visits outside of the Portland Metro area, there may be an additional travel fee. This fee will be assessed on a job by job basis.

GENERAL CONTRACTING services

No job is easy or problem free, and often times final design decisions are done “on the fly.” Having your designer also be your general contractor is a huge plus. This, in turn, allows us to track your project from start to finish, making sure it comes out the way we all envisioned.
